What is EZIE App? 

We are an aggregator of solutions (logistics, insurance, financial, and marketing) to help all types of sellers - full-time or part-time, e-commerce, other online stores, SMEs, store owners, big-business owners, small-business owners, etc. We have services in Singapore and Peninsular Malaysia and are about to open in the Philippines and Indonesia. We will soon open in Vietnam and Thailand. 


What are the services under EZIE Logistics?

We provide cheap courier services for next-day(s) services (standard, paperless, and express) and (2-6-hour) same-day services. 


Do you offer door-to-door delivery?

Yes. All of our services, except for the bigger vehicles of GoGoX, are inclusive of pick-up and delivery services.


Can I drop off my parcel?

Yes, we have a drop-off option. 


Do you have COD services?

Yes. Upon delivery, we will collect the cash from the driver. Service charges are only up to 3.5% of the total package value for Singapore and 4.5% for Malaysia. The collected fees will be credited to your wallet and withdrawn per request.


I don't have a printer. Can I still use your services?

Yes, we have paperless solutions where you simply write the tracking ID. The same-day services (except QXpress) do not require labels too.


Can  I send a parcel overseas? What international courier services are available?

Yes. Currently, only standard service is available. The delivery time is 7 days, depending on how fast customs clearance will be. Currently, we deliver from Singapore to Malaysia (and vice versa) and Singapore to the Philippines.


Are there services for my F&B and other delicate products?

Yes. Due to their nature, they can only be accepted for same-day delivery.


Do you accept frozen goods?

Yes, but please take note we don't have cold storage. Your best option is to have it delivered via 2-hour delivery. 


Can I do a grocery delivery service?

Yes, please refer to the delivery service description on the booking page for details.


Do you accept delivery of bulky items? 

Yes. Take note of the dimensions:


For next-day(s) delivery, L+W+H=300 cm max and each side has to be 150 cm max. Max weight=30 kg


Parcels beyond these limits will be shipped via same-day service. Parcels beyond 30 kg will be shipped via GoGoX only.


Are there installation and assembly services provided by your 3PL partners?

Unfortunately, our 3PL partners currently do not provide installation and assembly services.


Do you provide fulfillment services - warehousing and packaging?

Yes. It's free storage for the 1st month. Packaging is also free. You can get more information and request a quote here.


What are the other solutions provided by EZIE?

Are there dimensional and weight limits?

(a) For next-day(s) delivery, L+W+H=300 cm max and each side has to be 150 cm max. Max weight=30 kg

(b)Parcels beyond these limits will be shipped via same-day service. Parcels beyond 30 kg will be shipped via GoGoX only.

For same-day services, key in the details accurately because the allocation of resources from the courier will depend on the information provided.


How do I sign up for EZIE?

Go to the home page and click 'sign up' on the top right corner, then provide the information required.


Can we register for a corporate account?

All accounts on EZIE are the same. However, if you can meet the required periodical volume of 400 per day or 9000 per month, let us know and we will have our sales team contact you for further discussion.


Must I create an account in order to use EZIE App’s platform?

Yes! Please create your account HERE. Sign-up takes less than 3 minutes. No subscription fee or minimum order is required.


Is the referral code a requirement when signing up? Where do I get it?

No, you don't need a referral code to sign up. The referral code is shared by someone who already has an EZIE account.


Is there a subscription fee or minimum requirement to use your services?

No, we are open to all types of shippers. You can ship as few or as many, as rarely, or as frequently as you need.


Is there a monthly quota for shipment?

No, we are open to all types of shippers. You can ship as few or as many, as rarely, or as frequently as you need.


Do I need to be an e-commerce seller and connect my e-commerce store to use your services?

No, we are open to all types of shippers.


How can I be a logistics partner?

Send an email to contact@ezie.app and we will review it.


Can I apply as one of the drivers?

EZIE is a portfolio of couriers which means we don't employ drivers. We suggest you contact the couriers directly to ask if the opportunity is available.
