What is EZIE App?

    A super app for all types of sellers (e-commerce, SME, start-up, social media, etc) aiming to help scale their businesses bigger. At the same time, we are open to all types of shippers (business, ad-hoc, gifts, etc) on their needed deliveries. We also offer solutions in marketing, integrations, and social store order management, and we continue to develop more solutions.

What logistics services are available?

  • J&T Express standard 3-6 days delivery

  • J&T Express standard 1-2 days delivery

  • NinjaVan standard 1-3 days 

  • Best Inc standard 3-6 days delivery

  • Janio standard 3-6 days

  • The Lorry (for bulky delivery)

  • Lalamove instant delivery


What are the serviceable areas?

  • Johor, Kedah, Kelantan, Malacca, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Penang, Perak, Perlis, Selangor, Terengganu, Putrajaya, Kuala Lumpur 

  • For delivery to Sabang and Sarawak, please book any of the following couriers: J&T, Janio, Best Inc


Is overseas delivery available? 

    Yes, you can ship between Malaysia and Singapore via J&T and Janio. Please refer to the list of prohibited, restricted, and dangerous goods to ensure smooth delivery processing. Also, make sure to declare your items accurately to avoid getting into customs investigations.


Is bulky-items delivery available? 

    We’re still working on it. Please stay tuned.


What if my parcel gets lost?

    We will inform you. You can also let us know if you see it first on the tracking. Please prepare your invoice.


What if my recipient reports damaged goods upon delivery?

    Please ensure to get photos and/or videos of the parcel. It should show the damage, sufficient protection packaging, and any outside labels (fragile, keep dry, etc) if applicable. 


How do I create an order?

1. Sign up at https://ezie.app/ph

2. Click an 'Add Order'

3. Write the complete and correct address.

4. Key in the package details accurately.

5. Choose a delivery service and pickup slot.

6. Review the details and confirm.


What are the dimension limits?

    Each side should be no longer than 150 cm; L+W+H=300 cm


What are the pickup and delivery schedules?  

    9 AM - 10 PM, Mondays to Fridays

    9 AM - 1 PM, Saturdays


Which platforms do you integrate with?

    Shopee, Lazada, WooCommerce, Shopify


What is EZIE Care?

It is EZIE's protection program that costs only 1.2% of the parcel value and covers you for up to RM 30 900. 


How can I avail EZIE Care?

Simply create your order in EZIE and tick the box for EZIE Care. We also have a 2-minute video and a blog to guide you. Please ensure to get photos and/or videos of the parcel. It should show the damage, sufficient protection packaging, and any outside labels (fragile, keep dry, etc) if applicable. EZIE Care will only activate if the courier approves your request for reimbursement.
