[QXpress] Why is the pick-up address on the label different?

Answer: We mask your information on the label. Our registered telephone number and address are displayed instead of yours.


If you booked QXpress and the pick-up information seems odd -- it doesn't show the pick-up address you wrote, that's because you're looking at EZIE's information. Below is an example of how the pickup phone and address will always look like:



As you can see, it shows that the [pick-up] telephone number is +65-9885**** / +65-9885****  while the address is 230 Victoria Street, #15-01, Bugis Junction Towers, Singapore 188024**************************. This is normal.


To check if you keyed in the correct pickup information, review the order details. Whatever information is in it is the same information sent to the courier. Go to your dashboard > pick-up > find the order > click the order ID. For example (referring to the above label):
