[General] What time can I expect the driver to pick up my parcel?

Please refer to their pick-up hours as shown on the dashboard. There is no guarantee of their arrival time.

The pick-up hours depend on which courier you booked. Unfortunately, we cannot narrow down the pick-up window(s) because the drivers take different routes every day and have varying daily pick-up volumes. Instead, it is best to keep your lines open in case the driver needs to call.

Here are the usual courier pick-up hours:Mondays thru Fridays, 9 AM - 6 PM

Saturdays, 9 AM - 1 PM

(None on Sundays and public holidays)

Mondays thru Saturdays, 9 AM - 9 PM

(None on Sundays and public holidays)

Mondays thru Fridays, 9 AM - 6 PM
