Printing airway bills (shipping labels)

       Airway bills are the identification of your parcel and this is especially needed for parcels that have to be taken to the sorting hubs, meaning, for next-day(s) deliveries. Making sure that the airway bill is printed and securely attached to the parcel lessens the possibility of delayed collection and deliveries.

       Here are pointers for the label printing:

1. Securely attach the label before the driver comes.
2. Express, economy and standard deliveries require labels. It's best to look at the 'Printer required?' column on the 3rd booking page to know which services require labels.

       3. Do not tamper with the barcodes and QR codes.

       4. Accepted sizes: A6, A5, A4

       5. Labels can be printed on normal papers.

       Upon order confirmation, there is a pop-up that gives you instructions on the next steps. The first 2 instructions are about the shipping label.
