Integrating Shopify

    Our automation will help simplify the management of your orders. Connecting your store means reducing the manual shipping workload such as syncing the order details to the booking pages, marking the orders fulfilled, and uploading the tracking information. On top of that, you have the flexibility of choosing the most-suited courier service from our logistics portfolio.


SUMMARY

  1. Create your EZIE account using the same email address as used on your Shopify account. 
  2. Connect your Shopify store from EZIE account settings.
  3. Manage orders on EZIE.


CONNECTING YOUR STORE


1. Install the EZIE Shipping Optimizer from the Shopify app store then add the app. You can also start by connecting your store from your EZIE account.

2. After installing the Shopify app, go back to your EZIE account settings. At this point, you might want to copy first your store name. 


    Click 'connect' Shopify, and then input your store name. You will be taken to Shopify's log-in page to authorize this connection.


» What can I expect after successful integration? 

    Your orders should start syncing from Shopee to EZIE as drafts. These drafts will be in the New Section under Parcels. Then, you can choose to either bulk book these orders or individually schedule them.  



» What happens after scheduling the shipment?

    Confirming the booking on EZIE will update the marketplace order to "fulfilled". It will also auto-upload the tracking ID to Shopify.

NOTE:  EZIE works as a backend tool. Your customers will not see EZIE at any point in their purchase unless the link to our tracking page is shared with them. This also means that you, the seller, will receive the shipping fees paid for by the buyer.
