Cancelling an order

Pointers

  • Cancellation is allowed so long as the parcel is not picked up. 


  • For same-day services, you can cancel the order if the driver is yet to be on his way. 


  • Once the parcel is picked up, cancellation is not a guarantee. The parcel may be returned but without a refund.


  • Some couriers do not allow cancellation on the same day as the scheduled pick-up. Please reach out to the support team for this request.


  • For orders from integrated e-commerce platforms, canceling the EZIE order doesn't cancel the marketplace order. 

    Rather, it creates a new draft IF the order is not for self-collection; and if the marketplace status is any of the following: paid, to ship, pending, to pack, unfulfilled, processing


  • Refunds are immediate and returned to your payment method. It may take hours or days to reflect depending on your bank's policy. Wallet refunds are instantaneous.



How to cancel an order


To cancel the order, go to Pick-up > find the order > click Cancel > choose a cancel code closest to your reason > confirm by clicking Yes


Check your refund by clicking the wallet icon beside Top-up > transaction history or go to Canceled > find the order > click the order ID.
