We give you different payment options. There are some who prefer to pay per order while others prefer to make one-off payment and put shipping credits on their account instead. Here's how to set-up your preferred payment method.
Link your card. By linking your card, you make payments upon order confirmation.
1. Go to your billing settings, then click 'add a payment method'.
2. Key-in your card details.
- A similar pop-up will appear if you proceed to booking without setting up a payment method in advance.
3. Click 'save' and you are ready to go!
Top-up your wallet. We take payments from your wallet first. Take note that if the wallet balance is insufficient for order payment, the payment will be taken from your credit card.
1. On the top left of your dashboard, click 'top up'.
2. Key in the amount you want to top-up. We don't require a minimum but topping up certain amounts can give you rebates. For more information on topping up, please refer to our blog regarding top ups. After keying in/choosing the amount for top-up, you can choose to pay via credit card or via GrabPay.
3. You will be asked to provide your card/GrabPay details for the payment. After keying in the details, click 'Save'/'Pay'.
When your top up is confirmed, you should receive a confirmation email. This will also be recorded on your transaction history including any bonus rewards.
You have now set-up your payment method and are ready to confirm your orders. Alternatively, you may also refer to our video tutorial on how to process top-ups.
